Ellora Studio offers UX design, web development, and digital services & solutions. Our team works collaboratively with clients, acting as an extension of your in-house team to deliver design, development, and consulting services.
Use of Our Services
You agree to:

- Respect all intellectual property rights associated with our work.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our services or systems.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Ellora Studio agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and necessary resources for project completion.
- Respect project timelines and agreed-upon schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality for any proprietary information shared during collaboration.
Intellectual Property
- All work produced by Ellora Studio remains the intellectual property of Ellora Studio until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client as agreed in the project contract.
- Ellora Studio retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, or marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
Payment Terms
- Fees, invoicing, and payment schedules will be defined in individual project agreements.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during collaboration. This obligation continues beyond the termination of the project.
Limitation of Liability
Ellora Studio is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
- Issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or integrations used in your project.
- Outcomes dependent on client-provided information or actions.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
- In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Changes to Terms
Ellora Studio may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
